At Blue Heron Collective, one of our main objectives is to guide our participants in developing their life and work readiness skills to ultimately be hired by us or by a local business that we partner with. Employment opportunities with Blue Heron Collective will be in the form of Makerspace staff, class assistants or facilitators, retail store staff, and more options to come. We are committed to supporting our participants in employment by assessing their individual needs and providing them with necessary support to be successful.
